"Photography is a new form of hallucination false on the level of perception, true on the level of time."   /Roland Barthes/

About desire to keep motion in a still photo.
Site-specific, acrobatic-physical show taking place at the development bath of the Karlín Barracks old swimming pool dissolves the elements of performance, installation and photo exhibition in itself. Camera Lucida of the swimming pool offers many points of view to watch a moving body. The body, that soaked up the smell of photographic developer and fixer, striving to understand its own two-dimensional existence through photographic and choreographic lenses.
The concept is inspired by the book Camera Lucida by Roland Barthes and by the work of the photographer Vojtěch Brtnický.

"What I can name cannot really prick me."  /Roland Barthes/
